1. Educational purpose

Permact explains MT5, MQL5, Expert Advisors, testing, and software diagnostics for education. It is not personal investment, legal, tax, or financial advice; a solicitation; a broker recommendation; an account-opening service; or a promise of returns. Read the Trading and investment disclaimer before using any material with real capital.

2. Your responsibilities

• Verify source code, platform build, account mode, symbol specification, broker rules, costs, and risk limits independently.
• Use isolated demo and test environments before considering any live deployment.
• Do not send passwords, account numbers, broker credentials, identity documents, or payment information to Permact.
• Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, or use automated bulk collection or excessive requests that harm availability.

3. Content and intellectual property

Unless a page or file states a separate license, Permact owns the copyright in its original articles, editorial materials, images, code, and data presentation. You may share a link and make quotations allowed by law when you identify Permact and link to the original source.

You may not mass-copy, republish, resell, misattribute, or create substantially duplicate pages from Permact material without permission. A separately stated license controls the file to which it applies.

4. Data, links, advertising, and commercial relationships

Platform interfaces, broker terms, external documentation, downloads, and site features can change. A reference or external link is not an endorsement or warranty of safety, suitability, accuracy, or availability. Check the primary source before making a technical or financial decision.

If paid placement, sponsorship, an affiliate relationship, or another material commercial relationship affects a page, Permact will disclose that relationship and its scope where readers can recognize it.

5. Changes, availability, and liability

We may correct, update, remove, or reorganize material when accuracy, security, law, or maintenance requires it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Permact is not liable for losses arising from use of the site, example code, data, external links, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Changes to these terms and contact
