Permact is an educational content site. We do not operate account registration, payments, comments, or a request for trading credentials. This policy explains the limited information processed when you browse the site or contact us.

2. Information we process
- Email and correction requests
- Your email address and the name, message, attachment, or other information you voluntarily include. We use it to investigate and reply.
- Service and security logs
- Request time, path, IP address, browser and device information, and error or security events. We use this for availability and security.
- Analytics
- Page views, referrer information, approximate location, browser and device information, cookies, and similar identifiers processed by Google Analytics.
- Advertising
- Advertising tag calls, ad impressions or interactions, cookies, and similar identifiers processed by Google AdSense when advertising is active.
Search Console supplies aggregated search-performance reports to the operator; it is not a visitor-facing tracking tag. We do not intentionally send email addresses, trading credentials, government identifiers, or payment information to Google Analytics or Google advertising requests.
3. Retention and deletion
- Email and correction requests are retained for up to one year after the response or resolution, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Ordinary service and security logs are retained for up to 30 days for security and incident response, then deleted or de-identified.
- Google Analytics and AdSense information is retained under Google's service settings and policies. Permact does not download visitor-level Google data into its own database.
When a retention period ends, we delete information so that it cannot reasonably be restored, or restrict access where a legal retention obligation applies.
4. Google services and international processing
Permact may use Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Google Cloud infrastructure. Technical, browser, and online-identifier information may therefore be transmitted over the network to Google and its affiliates or infrastructure and may be processed outside your country. The purposes are analytics, advertising and measurement, fraud prevention, security, and hosting operations.
Google processes information under its own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and its cookies information. Permact does not sell or provide the contents of your contact emails to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
5. Cookies and your choices
Cookies and similar technologies help Google Analytics measure readership and can help Google AdSense serve, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Your browser can block, delete, or limit cookies, although doing so may affect parts of the experience or advertising delivery.
You can manage personalized advertising in Google's My Ad Center. Where local law requires a separate consent flow, advertising must be configured with the applicable consent-management controls before it is operated for that region.
6. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for information we hold. Send a request with the minimum information needed to verify it to contact@permact.com. We will review and respond without undue delay unless a lawful exception applies.
7. Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access minimization, protected operator accounts, and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when law, service features, or third-party tools change; material updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
